摘  要:在低渗透储层中,黏土矿物的含量普遍较高,极易因黏土水化膨胀而在钻进过程中出现井壁失稳、注采过程中因注水压力高而注不进、井下作业过程中发生地层伤害等问题。双子(Gemini)表面活性剂具有特殊的双亲水基和双疏水基(双头双尾)结构特征,因此具有优异的表界面性能和抑制黏土膨胀的性能,在低渗油气资源钻采过程中得到了一定的研究和应用,但目前尚未有文献对相关成果进行梳理。本文对双子表面活性剂类黏土稳定剂在低渗油气资源钻采过程中的研究与应用进展进行了综述,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。In low-permeability reservoirs,the content of clay minerals was generally high,which could easily lead to wellbore instability during drilling due to clay hydration and expansion,inability to inject due to high water injection pressure during injection and production,and formation damage during downhole operations.Gemini surfactants had special amphiphilic water-based and double hydrophobic(double headed and double tailed)structural characteristics,therefore they had excellent surface and interface properties and excellent ability to inhibit clay swelling.They had been studied and applied in low-permeability oil and gas resource drilling and production processes,but there was currently no literature to review the relevant results.In this paper,the research and application progress of gemini surfactant-based clay stabilizers in the drilling and extraction processes of low-permeability oil and gas resources were reviewed.The future development was also look forward.
