摘 要:随着原油的不断开采,富含稠环芳烃的重质油的产量不断增多。基于“双碳”背景及环保要求的日益严苛,对富含稠环芳烃的重质油进行加工从而生产高附加值的产品显得至关重要。目前,采用传统的加氢技术可以将重质油中的稠环芳烃转化为单环芳烃,但此过程需要大量且成本高的氢气。研究发现,甲烷可以替代部分氢气参与加氢反应,但此过程需要有活性位点多、稳定性强的催化剂参与。在稠环芳烃的加氢反应中,载体、负载金属、催化剂的结构和酸碱性等,对催化剂的性能具有很大的影响。本文对此类催化剂在传统及甲烷辅助下的加氢反应中的应用进行了综述,展望了可应用于传统及甲烷辅助下的加氢反应的催化剂的研究方向,以期为催化剂的后续研究及应用提供参考。With the continuous exploitation of crude oil,the production of heavy oils rich in thick cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)was increased.Under the background of‘double carbon’and strict environmental protection requirements,it was crucial to process and utilise heavy oils rich in PAHs to produce high value-added products.At present,the traditional hydrogenation technology could convert the thick cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in heavy oil into monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,which required a large amount of high-cost hydrogen.It was found that methane could replace part of the hydrogen in the hydrogenation reaction,but this process required the participation of catalysts with multiple active sites and strong stability.In the hydrogenation reaction of thick-ring aromatic hydrocarbons,the carrier,loading metal,catalyst structure and acid-base properties had a great influence on the performance of the catalysts.In this paper,the application of catalysts in the conventional hydrogenation reaction and methane-assisted hydrogenation reaction were reviewed,the research directions of the catalysts for the conventional and methane-assisted hydrogenation reaction were prospected in order to provide some references for the subsequent research and application of the catalysts.
