摘 要:膨胀石墨作为一种具有可再生性和环境修复能力的吸附材料,在环保、化工等领域具有广泛应用。本文采用化学氧化法,以KMnO4作为氧化剂,以HClO4和H3PO4混酸作为插层剂,经微波处理后成功制备了无硫膨胀石墨样品。采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、Raman等手段对制备过程中的产物结构和形貌进行了表征分析,结果表明:在HClO4、H3PO4、石墨配比为16mL∶9mL∶5g的条件下,制备的无硫膨胀石墨膨胀容最大可达275mL/g;采用该方法制备的膨胀石墨的技术指标满足GB/T10698-2023《可膨胀石墨》中KP300-Ⅲ型优等品的指标要求;与鳞片石墨相比,HClO4和H3PO4成功插入石墨层间,使可膨胀石墨的层间距增大,并经过微波处理后得到了多孔无硫膨胀石墨。Expanded graphite,as an adsorbent material possessing renewability and environmental remediation cha-racteristics has a wide range of applications in fields such as environmental protection and chemical engineering.This article adopted chemical oxidation method,using KMnO4 as oxidant and HClO4 and H3PO4 mixed acid as intercalation agent.After microwave treatment,sulfur free expanded graphite samples were successfully prepared.The structure and morphology of the products during the preparation process were characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM,FT-IR,Raman and other methods.The results show that under the ratio condition of HClO4∶H3PO4∶graphite=16 mL∶9 mL∶5 g,the expansion capacity of sulfur-free expanded graphite can reach 275 mL/g.The technical specifica-tions of the expanded graphite prepared by this method meet the requirements of the KP300-Ⅲsuperior product in GB/T 10698-2023"Expanded Graphite".Compared with flake graphite,HClO4 and H3PO4 were successfully inserted into the interlayer of graphite,increasing the interlayer spacing of expandable graphite.After microwave treatment,porous sulfur-free expanded graphite was obtained.
