摘  要:针对工业雷管在使用过程中因起爆药感度高而引发的安全事故和环境污染问题,研制了一种新型内冲击激发式安全雷管(简称“IID雷管”),并开展其与不同点火药的适配性测试。通过采用猛炸药作为主要装药,以及设计激发组件,实现了高效有序的起爆和传爆过程;通过与不同点火药的适配测试,以及对起爆能力、延期精度等关键功能的全面评估,验证了IID雷管在与LTNR和K-K等药剂适配时,各项性能均满足行业标准。此外,IID雷管结构工艺简单、安全环保,具有广泛的应用前景。In view of the safety accidents and environmental pollution caused by industrial detonators,a safe inner-incentive non-primary electronic detonator("IID detonator")was developed,and the adaptation test for IID detonator with different ignition powders were conducted.By using the high explosive as the main charge,and designing excitation component,the efficient and orderly initiation and detonation transmission process is realized.Through the adaptation test with different ignition powders,and the comprehensive evaluation of key functions such as initiation ability and delay accuracy,it show that IID detonators can meet the industry standards when compatible with LTNR and K-K agents,etc.In addition,IIDs detonator structure process is simple,with the characteristics of safety and environmental protection,as well as a wide range of promotion and application prospects.
