用国外财经类教材讲好中国故事的课程思政教学改革——以Managing Performance为例

摘　　要：虽然课程思政是一项具有鲜明中国特色的教育活动,但是在使用国外财经类教材的专业教学中仍有必要将思想政治教育融入其中。高校教师在使用国外财经类教材Managing Performance的教学过程中,应当结合中国的历史和现实努力挖掘课程中的思政元素,并通过现实有效的具体路径,巧妙地将专业课程知识点与思政元素以故事的方式进行讲述,从而使学生实现专业能力与思想政治素质的双项提升。although ideological and political education in courses is an educational activity with distinct Chinese characteris⁃tics,it is still necessary to integrate ideological and political education into professional teaching when using foreign financial and economic textbooks.In the process of using foreign financial and economic textbooks for Managing Performance,university teachers should combine China's history and reality to explore the ideological and political elements in the curriculum,and clev⁃erly tell professional course knowledge points and ideological and political elements in the form of stories through practical and effective paths,so as to enable students to achieve dual improvement of professional abilities and ideological and political qualities.
