摘  要:某公司甲醇钠装置附属设施存在振动大的问题,主要原因是压缩机在进行周期性的往复运动,运行过程形成的流体脉动是出口管道系统引起振动的首要原因,当管线固有频率与罗茨机组的正常工作频段相近后,产生共振也是管道系统震动的第二个因素,本篇研究重点阐述了某公司甲醇钠压缩机机组附属设施振动消除的事宜,并通过设置限流孔板、调整工作频率、优化或加强支撑等方法,实际消除了某公司现场的甲醇钠压缩机机组附属设施振动大的问题,使压缩机机组平稳运行,并达到了节能降耗的效果。The main reason for the problem of large vibration in the auxiliary facilities of a company's sodium methoxide plant is that the compressor is in periodic reciprocating motion,and the fluid pulsation formed in the process of operation is the primary reason for the vibration of the outlet pipeline system,when the natural frequency of the pipeline is close to the normal working frequency of roots unit,the resonance is also the second factor of the vibration of the pipeline system,this paper focuses on the elimination of vibration in the auxiliary facilities of a methanol-sodium compressor set in a certain company,and through the methods of setting flow-limiting orifice plate,adjusting working frequency,optimizing or strengthening support,etc.,the problem of large vibration of the auxiliary facilities of the sodium methoxide compressor set in a company is eliminated,and the compressor set runs smoothly,and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.
