地膜覆盖与磷肥配施对荷兰豆产量和品质的影响

摘  要:为探求青海高寒地区地膜覆盖和磷肥配施对荷兰豆增产与品质影响。设置不覆膜(M_(0))、普通地膜(M_(1))、降解地膜(M_(2))3个覆膜水平,0(P_(0))、50(P_(1))、100(P_(2))、150(P_(3))、200(P_(4))P_(2)O_(5)kg/hm 25个施磷水平进行二因素随机区组试验。结果表明:荷兰豆覆膜配施磷肥具有显著促生作用,较不覆膜处理,干物质积累量提高了12.63%~52.64%,抽蔓、开花结荚期干物质积累量M_(2)>M_(1)>M_(0);株高增加7.69%~35.29%;产量最高的是处理M_(2)P_(3),为1193.15 kg/667m^(2),较M_(0)P_(3)、M_(0)P_(0)提高18.86%、19.78%,覆膜配施磷肥促进蛋白质合成,但是降低了Vc含量和可溶性糖含量,均表现为M_(0)>M_(1)>M_(2)。To explore the effects of plastic film covering and phosphorus fertilizer application on the yield and quality of Snow pea in high-altitude areas of Qinghai.Three levels of plastic film covering have been set,including non plastic film(M_(0)),ordinary plastic film(M_(1)),and degradable plastic film(M_(2)).There were total of 5 phosphorus application levels:0(P_(0)),50(P_(1)),100(P_(2)),150(P_(3)),and 200(P_(4))P_(2)O_(5) kg/hm 2.A two factor randomized block trial was conducted.The results showed that mulching with phosphorus fertilizer significantly promoted the growth and development of Snow pea.Compared with the non mulching treatment,the dry matter accumulation increased by 12.63%to 52.64%,and the dry matter accumulation during the heading period,flowering-poding phase,and picking period was M_(2)>M_(1)>M_(0);Plant height increased by 7.69%to 35.29%;The M_(2)P_(3) treatment had the highest yield of 1193.15 kg/667m^(2),which was 18.86%and 19.78%%higher than M_(0)P_(3) and M_(0)P_(0),respectively.Film mulching combined with phosphorus fertilizer promoted protein synthesis,but reduced Vc content and soluble sugar content,both showing M_(0)>M_(1)>M_(2).
