摘  要:针对电动汽车热管理系统中电池高倍率充/放电情况下的电池过温及温度均匀性问题,设计了一种U型微通道结构的冷媒直冷板,并制定了双蒸直冷系统控制策略。通过AmeSim仿真平台搭建了电池直冷及乘员舱降温系统,并进行单蒸(仅电池)以及双蒸(电池和乘员舱)系统的降温性能试验。结果表明:单、双蒸系统中,控制冷板出口过热度低于5 K即可满足电池及乘员舱降温性能要求,同时,双蒸直冷系统控制策略提高了乘员舱的热舒适性(电池冷却开启后,乘员舱温度波动小于1℃),可为整车直冷系统设计提供参考依据。In view of the problem of battery overtemperature and temperature uniformity in the case of high-rate charge/discharge of the battery in the thermal management system of electric vehicles,a U-shaped micro-channel structure of the refrigerant direct cooling plate is designed,and the control strategy of the double steam direct cooling system is developed.The battery direct cooling system and the cabin cooling system are built by Amesim simulation platform,and the cooling performance of single steam(only battery)and double steam system(battery and cabin)is verified.The simulation results show that:In the single and double steaming system,the control of outlet superheat of the cold plate is less than 5 K,which can meet the cooling performance requirements of the battery and the cabin.At the meanwhile,the control strategy of the double steaming direct cooling system can also improve the thermal comfort of the cabin(the temperature fluctuation of the cabin is less than 1℃when the battery cooling is opened).It can provide reference for the design of vehicle direct cooling system.
