摘　　要：在百年未有之大变局背景下,探讨了上海作为我国改革开放前沿阵地和深度链接全球的城市,在建设“五个中心”过程中的成就、问题及解决方案。通过分析,提出以系统耦合与优化为着力点,包括夯实发展基础、补阙拾遗发展瓶颈、发挥核心力牵引作用以及根据自身类别特征进行系统耦合与优化等策略,以提升上海的城市能级和核心竞争力,加快建成具有世界影响力的社会主义现代化国际大都市。In the context of unprecedented global changes,this paper discusses Shanghai’s achievements,challenges,and solutions as a frontline city of China’s reform and opening-up and its deep link to the world while constructing the“Five Centers.”My analysis proposes strategies focused on system coupling and optimization,including solidifying development foundations,addressing development bottlenecks,leveraging core strengths for guidance,and conducting system coupling and optimization based on inherent characteristics.These strategies aim to enhance Shanghai’s urban energy levels and core competitiveness,accelerating the establishment of a socialist modern international metropolis with global influence.
