积极老龄化视域下社会工作介入文化养老研究——以吉林省长春市X社区为例

摘　　要：在积极老龄化背景下,发挥社会工作的作用以促进文化养老的全面发展可以提高老年人的生活质量,但目前存在一些不足。基于社会工作介入X社区文化养老的实践,运用问卷调查法、访谈法以及参与式观察法,采取定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,分析该社区文化养老的现状,并结合积极老龄化背景,通过社会工作介入探索提出文化养老的路径,使社会工作促进文化养老的全面展开。In the context of active aging,the role of social work in promoting the comprehensive development of cultural ageing can improve the quality of life of the elderly,but there are currently deficiencies.Based on practice of social work intervention in the cultural aging in X Community,this paper,using the questionnaire survey method,interview method and participatory observation method,adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to analyze the current situation of cultural aging in this community,and explores pathways to address cultural aging through social work in the context of active aging,so that social work facilitates the full development of cultural aging.
