摘　　要：高校的根本任务是立德树人,高校教师的职责和使命是教书育人。加强和创新高校教师的思想政治工作,是加强学生思想政治教育的重要基础和内生动力,是高校思想政治工作的关键环节,也是办好中国特色社会主义大学的根本要求。本文系统梳理了新时代高校教师思想政治工作面临的挑战和存在的问题,阐释了新时代高校教师思想政治工作“七个体系”的重要内涵。The fundamental task of colleges and universities is tofoster virtue through education,and the responsibility and mission of college teachers are to impart knowledge and cultivate people.Strengthening and innovating the ideological and political work of college teachers is an important foundation and endogenous driving force for strengthening the ideological and political education for students,a key link in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,and a fundamental requirement for running socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.This paper systematically combs the challenges and problems faced by the ideological and political work of college teachers in the new era,and explains the important connotations of the“seven systems”of ideological and political work of college teachers in the new era.
