摘  要:1,2,4-三唑是一种三氮杂环化合物,可以作为连接不同药效团的连接剂和药效团本身,与多种生物酶和受体发生相互作用。乳腺癌的发病率高,且易转移到肺和脑等器官。现今的抗癌药物和技术在乳腺癌的治疗方面取得了很大的进展,如含1,2,4-三唑的药物Anastrozole、Letrozole等,在乳腺癌的治疗中取得较好的效果,展现了1,2,4-三唑的抗乳腺癌潜力。本文综述了具有抗乳腺癌潜力的1,2,4-三唑类化合物及其衍生物的研究进展,并对其作用机制进行深入探讨,为进一步合理开发新的抗乳腺癌候选药物提供借鉴。1,2,4-triazole is a triazolium heterocyclic compound that serves as a versatile linker for connecting distinct pharmacophores and interacting with a diverse array of biological enzymes and receptors.Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers,and the leading cause of mortality and morbidity among patients is the metastasis of the primary breast tumor to secondary organs that include lung and brain.Recent advancements in treatment of breast cancer,particularly with drugs such as Anastrozole and Letrozole,which contain 1,2,4-trizole,have demonstrated efficacy in treating the disease.These findings highlighting the anticancer properties of 1,2,4-triazole.This review summarizes the mechanism of action and progress of 1,2,4-triazole and its derivatives with promising anti-breast cancer properties,thereby providing new insights for breast cancer treatment.
