摘 要:妊娠糖尿病(GDM)是一种在妊娠期间常见的并发症,它对母亲及胎儿的健康有着重要影响。已有研究表明,GDM中胎盘滋养层细胞的适度侵入扮演着关键角色,但这一过程的具体机制目前尚未完全清楚。在糖酵解过程中,丙酮酸激酶M2(PKM2)是3个主要限速酶之一,它在细胞的能量供应、侵袭性、转移以及细胞增殖等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。已有研究探讨了GDM患者胎盘滋养层细胞的侵袭性以及PKM2的结构、调节作用和翻译后修饰,但关于GDM患者胎盘中PKM2的具体作用和机制研究尚不足。因此,深入研究GDM的发病机制对于开发更有效的治疗手段和预防策略具有重要意义。Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a common complication during pregnancy,and significantly impacts the health of the mother and fetus.It has been shown that the moderate invasion of placental trophoblast cells plays a key role in GDM.However,the specific mechanisms of this process are not yet fully understood.Pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2),one of the three main rate-limiting enzymes in glycolysis,plays a crucial role in cellular energy supply,invasiveness,metastasis,and cell proliferation.Studies have explored the invasiveness of placental trophoblast cells in patients with GDM,as well as the structure,regulatory functions,and post-translational modifications of PKM2.However,current research on the specific role and mechanism of PKM2 in the placenta of GDM patients is still lacking.Therefore,an in-depth study of the pathogenesis of GDM is of great significance for the development of more effective treatment and prevention strategies.
