摘  要:脂代谢相关疾病是我国重大的公共卫生问题,而碘被认为对人体代谢稳态的调控起着重要作用。目前已有许多关于碘对脂代谢的影响和调控机制的研究报道,包括依赖甲状腺相关激素的直接调控途径以及各种间接途径,关于后者的研究目前尚不全面。本综述旨在归纳探讨肠道微生物、氧化应激和能量代谢3条碘对脂代谢的间接调控途径,为脂代谢相关疾病的防治打下理论基础。The prevalence of lipid metabolism related diseases has become a major public health issue in China.Meanwhile,iodine plays an important role in the regulation of metabolism.There have been many reports on the effects and regulatory mechanisms of iodine nutritional states on lipid metabolism,including the thyroid-dependent direct pathway and various indirect pathways.However,research on the thyroid independent pathway is not all-sided.This review aims to summarize the research progress of lipid metabolism regulation of iodine through three indirect pathways,including intestinal microbiota,oxidative stress and energy metabolism.It will lay a foundation for the prevention and treatment of lipid metabolism related diseases.
