摘　　要：2024年年初,美国心脏学会组织心脏病学专家和糖尿病足专家一起撰写了《美国心脏学会科学声明:心血管患者中糖尿病足溃疡的防治现状和原则》。该声明指出,当心血管疾病患者出现糖尿病足溃疡时,治疗难度增加,是当前美国下肢截肢的主要原因。充分认识糖尿病足溃疡的发病机制,进行早期的预防、治疗及护理,可以大大改善这些患者的预后。该声明可以作为卫生行政部门制定政策的重要依据。本文将对该声明的主要内容进行解读,以利于广大致力于心血管疾病、糖尿病足的临床医护人员的理解和实践。The Current Status and Principles for the Treatment and Prevention of Diabetic Foot Ulcers in the Cardiovascular Patient Population:A Scientific Statement From the American Heart Association published in January 2024.When cardiovascular patients have foot ulcers,the difficulty of treatment increases,which is the main reason for lower extremity amputation in the United States.So fully understanding the pathophysiology,early prevention,treatment,and care can greatly improve the prognosis of these patients.At the same time,this scientific statement can also serve as an important basis for administrative departments in formulating health policies.This article will interpret the main contents of the statement,which is conducive to the understanding and practice of clinicians and nurses who are committed to cardiovascular disease and diabetic foot.
