摘　　要：患者男,38岁,全身红斑、鳞屑反复发作10年,加重1个月。患者在使用司库奇尤单抗治疗期间,左下肢出现红斑鳞屑,呈线状分布,瘙痒剧烈。皮肤科情况:左下肢可见大小不等的红色斑片,上覆白色鳞屑,自外踝蔓延至大腿屈侧,呈带状分布。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度伴融合性角化不全,角质层可见中性粒细胞聚集形成的Munro微脓肿,棘层增生肥厚,真皮乳头毛细血管迂曲扩张,真皮浅层血管周围可见以淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞为主的炎症细胞浸润。诊断:线状银屑病。A 38-year-old male who presented with recurrent erythema and scales over the entire body for 10 years,with intensified symptoms over the past month.During treatment with secukinumab,erythematous and scaly lesions appeared on the left lower limb,distributed linearly and causing severe itching.Dermatological examination revealed red plaques of varying sizes on the left lower limb,covered with white scales,extending in a band-like distribution from the lateral malleolus to the medial thigh.Histopathology showed hyperkeratosis with confluent parakeratosis,munro micro-abscesses formed by aggregates of neutrophils in the stratum corneum,acanthosis,tortuous dilatation of dermal papillary capillaries,and infiltration mainly composed of lymphocytes and neutrophils around the superficial dermal vessels.The diagnosis was linear psoriasis.
