发热性溃疡坏死性急性痘疮样苔藓样糠疹1例

摘　　要：患儿男,10岁,全身红斑、坏死性丘疹及溃疡半个月,伴发热1 d。全身可见密集分布的红斑、坏死性丘疹、糜烂及溃疡,其上可见脓性分泌物,皮疹面积超过90%。辅助检查提示既往EB病毒感染。皮损组织病理检查示:表皮角化不全,表皮大部分坏死,真皮浅中层可见呈苔藓样浸润的中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞。诊断:发热性溃疡坏死性急性痘疮样苔藓样糠疹。A 10-year-old male child presented with extensive erythema,necrotic papules,and ulcers on the body for half of a month,with fever for one day.Dermatological examination revealed widespread erythema,necrotic papules,erosion and ulcers throughout his body,covered with purulent secretion.The affected area encompassed more than 90 of the body surface.Auxiliary examination suggested previous Epstein-Barr virus infection.The histopathological showed parakeratosis and necrosis in the epidermis,lichenoid infiltration with neutrophils and lymphocytes observed in superficial and middle dermis.The diagnosis was febrile ulceronecrotic Mucha-Habermann disease.
