摘　　要：S100A8和S100A9是S100蛋白家族的两个重要成员。近年研究表明,S100A8和S100A9的上调与多种炎症性皮肤病相关,如银屑病、特应性皮炎等。S100A8/S100A9可以通过嗜中性粒细胞的趋化活性激活炎症细胞和细胞因子,并与晚期糖基化终末产物受体(RAGE)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)和髓样分化因子2(MD2)结合,介导细胞内炎症信号转导。S100A8/S100A9有可能成为诊断性生物标志物和潜在的治疗靶点。S100A8 and S100A9 are two important members of the S100 proteins family.Recent studies have shown the upregulation of S100A8 and S100A9 is associated with a variety of inflammatory skin diseases,such as psoriasis,atopic dermatitis and so on.S100A8/S100A9 can activate inflammatory cells and cytokines via chemotactic activity of neutrophils,and bind to the receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE),Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),and myeloid differentiation factor 2(MD2)to mediate intracellular inflammatory signaling transduction.S100A8/S100A9 can possibly be used as diagnostic biomarkers and potential therapeutic target.
