广东海岸带木麻黄造林对植物多样性和土壤碳储量的影响  

The Impact of Casuarina equisetifolia Afforestation on Plant Diversity and Soil Carbon Storage in the Coastal Zone of Guangdong

摘  要:为探究广东省海岸带木麻黄造林的土壤恢复效果,以惠东县黑排角和海龟岛海岸带分别选取木麻黄林地和相邻区域的自然恢复林地为研究对象,通过对样地调查,测定植物与凋落物的碳(C)和氮(N)质量分数及土壤理化性质,结合植被、凋落物和土壤碳储量的变化,评估造林后植被的固碳增汇效应。结果表明:(1)木麻黄造林后,林下植物的种类、数量和多样性显著提升,黑排角木麻黄造林比海龟岛的效果更好。(2)造林措施改善了土壤的主要理化性质和肥力,黑排角造林样地速效钾质量分数显著升高,海龟岛造林样地土壤微生物生物量碳质量分数显著升高;土壤主要理化性质与林下植物物种丰富程度的多样性指数呈正相关关系。(3)木麻黄造林后,林下植物和凋落物层的碳储量增加最多,土壤层碳储量变化最小;造林虽然增加了林下植物的生物量和凋落物的来源,但短期造林对土壤层碳储量影响不显著。因此,海岸带岩基质山地木麻黄造林显著提高了样地林下植物多样性,改善了土壤理化性质与肥力,显著增加林下植被层和凋落物层的碳储量。To investigate the soil restoration effects of Casuarina equisetifolia afforestation in the coastal zone of Guangdong Province, this study selected C. equisetifolia forest sites and adjacent naturally restored forest areas in Heipai Jiao and Hai Gui Island as research subjects. Through field surveys, we measured the carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) content of plants and litter, along with the physicochemical properties of the soil. Combining the changes in vegetation, litter, and soil carbon storage, we assessed the carbon sequestration carbon sink enhancement effects of vegetation after afforestation. The results showed that: (1) After C. equisetifolia afforestation, the species, quantity, and diversity of understory plants significantly increased, with better results observed in the Heipai Jiao sites compared to those on Hai Gui Island. (2) Afforestation measures improved key physicochemical properties and fertility of the soil. The AK content in the soil of the C. equisetifolia forest at Heipai Jiao significantly increased, while the microbial biomass carbon content in the soil of Hai Gui Island also exhibited a significant increase. Moreover, the main physicochemical properties of the soil were positively correlated with the diversity index of understory plant species. (3) Following the afforestation of C. equisetifolia , the carbon storage in the understory plants and litter layer increased the most, while the change in carbon storage in the soil layer was minimal. Although afforestation increased the biomass of understory plants and the source of litter, the short-term impact on soil carbon storage was not significant. Therefore, afforestation of C. equisetifolia in the coastal zone of hilly areas significantly enhanced the diversity of understory plants, improved the physicochemical properties and fertility of the soil, and notably increased carbon storage in the understory and litter layers.
