摘　　要：乡村数字治理是数字技术与乡村治理相结合的一种新型治理模式。数字技术逐步渗透乡村治理领域,可为解决传统乡村治理方式存在的问题并助推乡村治理转型提供有力支撑。以我国数字乡村建设引领区浙江省为例,采用定量与质性相结合的研究方法,聚焦村民对乡村数字治理产品的技术采纳问题,重点研究村民的技术采纳对其政治效能感和政治信任的影响。研究发现,村民对于乡村数字治理产品的技术采纳与其政治效能感和政治信任水平的提高具有紧密联系。村民使用乡村数字治理产品实现信息获取与分享、意见反馈与沟通、服务获得与利用,有助于其政治效能感的增强,进而促进其对政府信任水平的提升。同时,数字技术嵌入乡村治理有助于乡村公共能量场的构建、村民自治内生动力的增强以及村民政治信任水平的提高,但同时也应警惕数字形式主义和数字鸿沟。Rural digital governance is a new governance model combining digital technology and rural governance.The gradual integration of digital technology into rural governance will provide strong support for solving the problems in traditional rural governance and boosting its modern transformation.Taking Zhejiang Province,the leading area of digital rural construction in China,as an example,this paper adopts quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze villagers’technology adoption of rural digital governance products,focusing on the impact of their technology adoption on their political efficacy and political trust.The research found that villagers’technology adoption of rural digital governance products is closely related to their political efficacy and political trust.When they use rural digital governance products for information acquisition and sharing,opinion feedback and communication,and service acquisition and utilization,their sense of political efficacy would be enhanced,and their trust in the government would be promoted.Moreover,it is found that the integration of digital technology into rural governance contributes to the construction of the rural public energy field,enhances the villagers’initiative in self-governance,and promotes their political trust,but at the same time,we should be alert to the emergence and intensification of pointless digital formalities and digital divide.
