摘　　要：难治性肾病综合征是激素抵抗、激素无效的肾病综合征,具有反复发作难愈、病程迁延、预后不良等特点。宋立群教授应用中医药治疗难治性肾病综合征,临床常结合黑龙江寒冷干燥的寒地地域环境、季节特性、禀赋体质的不同辨证施治,认为黑龙江地区难治性肾病综合征患者多具有脾肾亏虚、兼夹血瘀的特点,从“三因制宜”角度出发治疗此病,临床疗效颇佳。Intractable nephrotic syndrome is a form of nephrotic syndrome characterized by hormone resistance and ineffectiveness,with features of repeated flare-ups,prolonged course,and poor prognosis.Professor SONG Liqun has applied traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating the disease.In clinical practice,he combines the cold and dry climate environment of Heilongjiang Province,the different weather and solar terms,and the different age and physical constitution to diagnose and treat the disease based on syndrome differentiation.He believes that patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome in Heilongjiang region often have the characteristics of spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Based on the"Three Factor Adaptation"approach,Professor SONG′s treatment for this syndrome has shown remarkable clinical efficacy.
