摘  要:无釉砖作为一种重要的建筑材料,在实际使用中其耐磨性能的准确测定至关重要。文中基于无釉砖耐磨性能测定仪校准实践,深入探讨了校准的重要性、步骤以及管理方法,以确保测定结果的准确性和可靠性。介绍了校准的实际应用,根据实际测量的校准数据,对不确定度进行分析,对校准结果进行明确表达并给出实际结果的扩展不确定度。Unglazed tiles,as a significant building material,require accurate wear resistance measurement in practical use.This article,based on the calibration practice of the unglazed tile wear resistance tester,delves into the importance of calibration,its steps,and management methods to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results.Additionally,the paper discusses the practical application of calibration,analyzes the sources of uncertainty based on calibration data,and provides the expanded uncertainty of the calibration results.
