摘 要:随着国家和地方各级政府出台发展氢能源产业相关政策,我国的氢能源汽车逐渐普及,氢气储存技术不断发展,车用压缩氢气铝内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶的安全性和可靠性越来越受到关注。根据相关法规要求,该类储氢设备属于国家强制性检验的特种设备。近几年,氢气瓶陆续达到检验的高峰期,为解决此类设备的检验问题,文中从检验场地的准备、检验工艺流程的设计、检验检测工位的安排以及检验过程的注意事项,研制并安装了一套氢气瓶的检验检测线。通过待检气瓶的检验试验,并对检验检测线多次调试,结果显示本检验方法和检验检测线完全达到并满足国家的规范要求。在试检验合格后,根据目前的检验方法和要求,提出了优化建议,以便提高氢气瓶检验的有效性,为后期升级检验检测线提供了参考,为氢能源汽车的广泛应用提供了有力的技术支持。With the issurance of policies for developing the hydrogen energy industry by national and local governments,hydrogen-powered vehicles in China are gradually becoming popular.The safety and reliability of research on inspection method of aluminum liner carbon fiber fully wrapped fibre reinforced composite gas sylinders of compressed hydrogen gas for automotive vehicles have increasingly become a focus of attention due to the continuous development of hydrogen storage technology.According to relevant regulations,this type of hydrogen storage equipment is classified as special equipment subject to mandatory inspection.In recent years,hydrogen cylinders have also reached their peak inspection period.In order to address the inspection challenges,this paper has developed and installed a set of inspection and testing lines for hydrogen cylinders based on the preparation of inspection sites,design of inspection process flow,arrangement of inspection stations,and attention points during inspections.Through testing and multiple adjustments on the inspected cylinders as well as the inspection line itself,the results indicate both the inspection method and testing line fully meet national regulatory requirements.After passing trial inspections successfully,optimization suggestions are proposed based on current methods and requirements in order to improve effectiveness in inspecting hydrogen cylinders while providing reference for upgrading future inspection lines.This provides strong technical support for widespread application of hydrogen-powered vehicles.
