摘 要:文中针对自动扶梯梯级撞击失效的问题进行深入分析,结合检测数据和理论分析,找出失效的主要原因,并探讨改善措施。研究发现,扶梯梯级的强度和几何结构是影响其使用的重要因素。因此,文中提出一些有效的改进措施,包括优化扶梯梯级板的结构设计、选用重载荷梯级板等。同时,文中还建议梯级板与梳齿板之间的间隙应保持在可控范围,以防止间隙过小导致梯级板与梳齿板撞击。This article conducts thorough analysis on the issue of impact failure of escalator steps,combining detection data and theoretical analysis to identify the main causes of failure and explore improvement measures.Research has found that the strength and geometric structure of escalator steps are important factors affecting their performance and durability.In response to these issues,some effective improvement measures have been proposed,including optimizing the structural design of escalator step plates and selecting heavy-duty step plates.At the same time,the article also proposes that the gap between the step plate and the comb plate should be kept within a controllable range to prevent the collision between the step plates and the comb plates caused by excessively small gaps.
