摘  要:电寿命试验是低压电器产品性能检测的关键环节,旨在评估产品在标称额定工况下的稳定性和可靠性。由于试验需要在全压条件下进行,且试验次数多、周期长,为确保试验安全,检验人员需全天值班,耗费大量时间和人力。为解决这一问题,文中基于PLC技术,开发了一种便携式程控器。该程控器可灵活根据试验要求设置控制时序,满足各类低压电器产品的电寿命、操作、接通分断等试验需求。通过无线模块,试验状态数据可上传至云端,用户可通过手机远程查看。此外,手机程序还设计了故障警报及远程终止试验的功能,使检验人员无需时刻在现场值班,既保证了安全,又节约了人力成本。Electrical endurance testing is a key component of the performance test for low-voltage electrical products,aiming to assess the stability and reliability of products under nominal rated working conditions.Due to the test need for full-voltage conditions,numerous test cycles,and long durations,inspectors must be on duty all day to ensure test safety,consuming a significant amount of time and manpower.To solve this problem,a portable program controller is developed based on PLC technology.The program controller can easily set the control time sequence according to the test requirements,and meet the test requirements of various low-voltage electrical products such as electrical durability,operation,making and breaking.Through the wireless module,the test status data can be uploaded to the cloud,and users can view it remotely through their mobile phones.In addition,the mobile phone program also designed the function of fault alarm and remote termination of the test,so that the inspection personnel do not need to be on duty at all times,which not only ensures safety,but also saves labor costs.
