摘　　要：文中通过分析目前化妆品现场检查知识管理的特点及难点,提出知识管理中隐性知识的重要性,探讨其显性化的主要方法,列举显性化过程中的典型案例,供知识管理机构及化妆品检查员参考。This article analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of knowledge management in on-site inspection of cosmetics,highlights the importance of tacit knowledge in knowledge management,explores the main methods for its externalization,and lists typical cases in the process of externalization for reference by knowledge management institutions and cosmetics inspectors.
