摘 要:手性广泛存在于自然界,生物体对药物有精确的手性识别能力,手性农药与生物分子的对映选择性相互作用会具有不同的生物学特性。开发高活性且安全的光学纯手性农药,是绿色农药创新研发的重要方向。总结了氮杂环卡宾催化方法在合成农药活性手性分子方面的应用,并探讨了这些手性分子在农业领域中抗菌和抗病毒的潜在应用价值。Chirality is widespread in nature,and organisms have a precise ability to recognize the chirality of drugs.The enantioselective interactions between chiral pesticides and biomolecules can result in different biological properties.The development of highly active and safe optically pure chiral pesticides is an important direction for green pesticide innovation and research.This article summarizes the application of N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC)catalysis in the synthesis of biologically active chiral molecules for pesticides and discusses the potential value of these chiral molecules in the agricultural field,particularly in terms of antibacterial and antiviral applications.
