环丙氟虫胺等4种杀虫剂对甜菜夜蛾的室内活性及田间药效

摘  要:采用浸叶法并结合长沙、泰安、南昌等1年3地田间小区试验评价环丙氟虫胺等4种杀虫剂对甜菜夜蛾的室内活性和田间防效,为甜菜夜蛾的防控和抗药性治理提供数据支持。结果表明:环丙氟虫胺、溴虫氟苯双酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、乙基多杀菌素对甜菜夜蛾表现出较好的杀虫活性,其LC50值分别为0.0453、0.0411、0.0419、0.0425 mg/L:10%环丙氟虫胺可分散液剂(DC)在7.5、15、22.5 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下,药后3、7 d防效达73.43%~100%,用量越高防效越优;100 g/L溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂(SC)在15 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下药后3、7 d防效达87.48%~98.61%;200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC在30 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下药后3、7 d防效达32.13%~72.01%;60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC在36 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下药后3、7 d防效达83.47%~99.76%。建议在氯虫苯甲酰胺抗性较高的区域优先推荐环丙氟虫按、溴虫氟苯双酰胺、乙基多杀菌素等防效优异的化学药剂,并选择不同作用机制的药剂轮替使用以延缓害虫抗药性的产生。The indoor activity and field control effect of four insecticides such as cyproflanilide on Spodoptera exigua were evaluated by leaf-dipping method combined with field experiments in three locations(Changsha,Tai'an,Nanchang)within one year,so as to provide data support for the control and resistance management of S.exigua.The results showed that cyproflanilide,broflanilide,chlorantraniliprole,and spinetoram showed good insecticidal activity against S.exigua,and their LC50 values were 0.0453,0.0411,0.0419 and 0.0425 mg/L,respectively.the control effect of cyproflanilide 10%DC at the doses of 7.5,15 and 22.5 g a.i./ha reached 73.43%-100%on the 3rd and 7th days after treatment,and the higher the dosage,the better the control effect.The control effect of broflanilide 100 g/L SC at 15 g a.i./ha was 87.48%-98.61%on 3 and 7 days after applicatioin.The control effect of chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC at 30 g a.i./ha dose was 32.13%-72.01%on 3 and 7 days after applicatioin.The control effect of spinetoram 60 g/L SC at 36 g a.i./ha dose was 83.47%-99.76%on the 3rd and 7th day after applicatioin.It is recommended that in areas with relatively high resistance to chlorantraniliprole,chemical agents with excellent control efficacies such as cyproflanilide,broflanilide and spinetoram should be preferentially recommended,and the pesticides with different mechanisms of action should be used alternately to delay the development of pest resistance.
