摘　　要：“东数西算”工程作为国家级战略,启动以来,在优化算力资源配置,加速数字化转型步伐、激发数字经济领域创新活力等方面发挥了巨大的作用。然而,在推进数字经济高质量发展过程中,面临技术瓶颈、基础设施差异及应用创新不足等一系列的困境。为克服这些困难,需加强数字基础设施建设,提升算力网络效率;打造专业数字人才梯队,提供智力支持,解决技术难题;加速数字应用场景创新,释放经济潜能。通过持续努力,将“东数西算”工程打造为数字经济高质量发展的强大引擎,促进东西部均衡发展,实现数据要素高效流通与价值深度挖掘,推动我国经济社会全面发展。As a national-level strategy,the“East Data and West Calculation”project has played a huge role in optimizing the allocation of computing power resources,accelerating the pace of digital transformation,and stimulating innovation vitality in the field of digital economy since its launch.However,in the process of promoting high-quality development of the digital economy,there are a series of challenges such as technological bottlenecks,differences in infrastructure,and insufficient application innovation.To overcome these difficulties,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure and improve the efficiency of computing power networks;build a professional digital talent pool,provide intellectual support and solve technological problems;accelerate innovation in digital application scenarios and unleash economic potential.Through continuous efforts,we aim to build the“East Data and West Calculation”project into a powerful engine for high-quality development of the digital economy,promote the balanced development between the east and west,achieve efficient circulation of data elements and deep value mining,and promote comprehensive economic and social development in China.
