数字经济发展对安徽省产业结构升级影响研究

摘　　要：基于安徽省16个地市2015—2022年面板数据样本,多维度构建数字经济发展水平指标体系,利用因子分析法对安徽省数字经济发展水平进行测算和分析,建立面板回归模型探究安徽省数字经济发展水平对产业升级的影响,并用中介效应考察其作用机制。研究发现:安徽省数字经济发展水平整体呈上升趋势,但存在城市区域差异,数字经济发展能有效促进产业结构高级化、合理化和生态化发展,科技创新在数字经济促进产业结构高级化和生态化中起中介作用,但在数字经济促进产业结构合理化中的中介效应不显著,并从发挥政府顶层设计作用,优化数字经济发展环境,提升科技创新能力等方面提出具体建议。Based on the panel data of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2015 to 2022,this paper constructs a multi-dimensional index system of digital economy development level,and uses the factor analysis method to calculate and analyze the digital economy development level of Anhui Province.The panel regression model is established to explore the impact of digital economy development level on industrial structure upgrading in Anhui Province,and the mediating effect is used to investigate its mechanism.The results show that the development level of digital economy in Anhui Province is on the rise,but there are regional differences in cities.Digital economy development can effectively promote the advanced,rational and ecological development of industrial structure.Scientific and technological innovation plays an intermediary role in promoting the advanced and ecological development of industrial structure by digital economy,but the intermediary effect is not significant in the promotion of industrial structure rationalization by digital economy.And the paper puts forward suggestions in bringing the role of the government’s top-level design into play,optimizing the environment for the digital economy development and enhancing the capacity of scientific and technological innovation.
