摘　　要：人工授精技术的应用推动了现代畜牧业的进步,而精液保存技术则是影响人工授精技术广泛普及的关键因素之一。人工授精技术有利于发挥种公驴的繁殖优势,降低养殖户的饲养成本。文章对驴精液保存的基本步骤、影响驴精液体外冷冻保存的因素、精液冷冻保护缓冲剂的组成成分及精子品质评价指标进行了综述,以期为未来驴精液冷冻保存技术的深入研究提供参考依据。The application of artificial insemination technology has promoted the progress of modern animal husbandry,and semen preservation technology is one of the key factors affecting the promotion of artificial insemination technology.Semen preservation technology is conducive to bringing into play the advantages of breeding stock,expanding the fertility of breeding donkeys,and lowering the breeding costs of farmers.This paper reviewed the basic steps for storing donkey semen,factors affecting the in vitro cryopreservation of donkey semen,the composition of semen cryoprotective buffering agents,and indicators for evaluating sperm quality to provide a reference for the in-depth study of donkey semen cryopreservation in the future.
