摘　　要：乡村振兴战略下,国土空间规划对农村地区发展至关重要,科学合理的规划能引导村庄走向生态宜居、产业兴旺之路。本文探讨规划引领的村庄发展路径,通过生态宜居和特色产业带动型村庄案例,分析实践经验并提出强化政策引导、多元参与、资金技术投入、监督评估等实施策略。这些措施可推动村庄可持续发展,生态宜居型村庄在生态保护和旅游上成效显著,特色产业型村庄则实现经济与社会效益双赢。Under the strategy of rural revitalization,the territorial and spatial planning is crucial for the development of rural areas.Scientific and reasonable planning can guide villages towards the path of ecological livability and industrial prosperity.This article explores the development path of villages guided by planning,analyzes practical experience through the case studies of ecologically livable and characteristic industry driven villages,and proposes implementation strategies such as strengthening policy guidance,diversified participation,financial and technological investment,as well as supervision and evaluation to promote sustainable development of villages.Ecological livable villages have achieved significant results in ecological protection and tourism,while characteristic industrial villages have achieved a win-win situation in terms of economic and social benefits.
