摘  要:为分析我国鸭传染性浆膜炎流行情况,为该病临床防控提供数据支持。本试验采用汇总分析方法,对2019—2022年经齐鲁动物保健品有限公司疫苗研究所鉴定的810例鸭传染性浆膜炎病鸭的混合感染情况、发病阳性率、发病季节、发病日龄、药敏试验和血清型鉴定数据进行统计分析。结果显示,鸭传染性浆膜炎的主要病原为鸭疫里默氏杆菌,存在多病原混合感染;鸭传染型浆膜炎阳性率较高,年均阳性率为32.6%,肉鸭阳性率(35.6%)远高于蛋鸭和种鸭(16.3%);该病一年四季均有发生,夏秋两季多发;各日龄均有发生,以15~60日龄最易感。鸭疫里默氏杆菌的耐药性普遍较高,对林可霉素和甲氧嘧啶耐药性高,对头孢噻呋钠、新霉素和多西环素较敏感。优势血清型为1、2、5、6、7型。结果表明,鸭传染性浆膜炎流行情况复杂,增加了防控难度,建议临床防控以研发新型高效疫苗或者采用针对性防控方案为主。This study aims to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of duck infectious serositis in China from 2019 to 2022 to support clinical control measures for the disease.A pooled analysis was conducted on 810 cases of duck infectious serositis confirmed by Qilu Animal Health Products Co.,Ltd.The data included mixed infections,incidence rates,seasonal occurrence,age at onset,drug susceptibility tests,and serotype identification.The results indicated that the primary pathogen was Riemerella anatipestifer,with multiple-pathogen mixed infections frequently observed.The annual average positive rate of infection was 32.6%,with a higher prevalence in meat ducks(35.6%)compared to laying and breeding ducks(16.3%).Although the disease occurred year-round,it was most common in summer and autumn.Ducks of all ages were affected,with those between 15 and 60 days being the most susceptible.Riemerella anatipestifer showed widespread drug resistance,being highly resistant to lincomycin and methoxypyrimidine,but sensitive to ceftiofur sodium,neomycin,and doxycycline.The predominant serotypes identified were types 1,2,5,6,and 7.These findings reveal a complex epidemiological profile,complicating disease control efforts.It is recommended to prioritize the development of new,effective vaccines or adopt targeted control strategies in clinical settings.
