高等级生物安全实验室“三废”处理措施探讨

摘　　要：高等级生物安全实验室是科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是国家生物安全与公共卫生安全领域的战略技术力量,起到防范重大、新发、突发高致病性传染病和人兽共患病、保障人民生命健康的关键平台支撑作用。高等级生物安全实验室在运行过程中产生的废弃物种类繁多,风险程度普遍较高,而且所涉及的废弃物处理措施复杂,如果处理不当,可能存在污染外泄的风险。本文根据已有研究,结合实验室管理工作经验,重点对三级生物安全实验室气体、液体、固体废弃物的产生来源以及生物安全防控措施进行归纳和整理,以期为生物安全实验室制定“三废”处理措施提供参考。High-level biosafety laboratories are a crucial part of the scientific and technological innovation system and serve as a strategic technological force in the fields of national biosafety and public health security.These laboratories provide key support platforms for preventing major,emerging,and sudden highly pathogenic infectious diseases and zoonoses,thereby protecting public health.During their operation,high-level biosafety laboratories generate a wide variety of waste materials,generally associated with high levels of risk,and involve complex waste disposal measures.Improper handling of these wastes could lead to risks of external contamination.Based on existing research and laboratory management experience,this paper focuses on the sources and biosafety control measures for gaseous,liquid,and solid wastes in Biosafety Level 3(BSL-3)laboratories,with the aim of providing a reference for the development of"Three Wastes"treatment measures in biosafety laboratories.
