摘  要:本病例报告介绍了采用重叠组织瓣技术和双层组织瓣贴合技术修复1例先天性硬腭软腭裂患犬的手术过程、临床效果和预后。该病例患犬为1只患有严重先天性硬腭软腭裂的法国斗牛犬,术前进行口腔检查和电子计算机断层扫描以评估患犬腭裂情况,制定手术方案为采用重叠组织瓣技术修补硬腭裂,采用双层组织瓣贴合技术修补软腭裂。术后对患犬进行病例跟踪以评估腭裂修复情况,患犬术后3 d内鼻腔有血性分泌物流出,第4天口腔无明显血性分泌物,后续创口愈合良好,没有发生口鼻瘘;术后半年,患犬腭裂完全愈合,修复成功。结果表明,重叠组织瓣技术能有效修复面积较大的硬腭裂,双层组织瓣贴合技术可用于修复软腭裂,且预后良好。This case report describes the surgical procedure,clinical outcome,and prognosis for repairing a congenital hard and soft palate cleft in a dog using overlapping flap and double-layer flap techniques.The case involved a French Bulldog with a severe congenital hard and soft palate cleft.Preoperative oral examination and computed tomography(CT)scans were performed to assess the cleft,and a surgical plan was developed.The hard palate cleft was repaired using the overlapping flap technique,while the soft palate cleft was closed with a double-layer flap technique.Postoperative follow-up was conducted to evaluate the repair.Blood-tinged nasal discharge was observed within the first three days post-surgery,but by the fourth day,no significant oral bleeding was present,and wound healing was progressing well with no occurrence of oronasal fistula.Six months post-surgery,the cleft was fully healed,and the repair was successful.The results indicate that the overlapping flap technique is effective for repairing large hard palate clefts,and the double-layer flap technique is suitable for soft palate clefts with a good prognosis.
