摘 要:为合理规划上承式桁架T形刚构桥的拆除工程,建立上承式桁架T形刚构桥的midas Civil有限元模型,对结构拆除顺序、主桥T构在偏载拆除情况下的受力和变形情况进行分析。结果表明:主桥T构在拆除过程中节段两侧悬臂端变形较小,横向稳定性良好,强度满足要求,横向拆除先拆除无竖腹杆连接的上弦杆,对结构受力最为合理。偏载最不利工况下,构件可能出现局部屈曲,应对称拆除为宜,偏载拆除施工不超过一个节间。为保证桥梁安全拆除,杆件拉应力和压应力不宜大于1.608 MPa、11.256 MPa;箱梁拆除施工和主桥T构拆除施工位移预警值分别为113.336 mm和83.46 mm。In order to plan the demolition project of an upper-through truss T-shaped rigid frame bridge rationally,an midas Civil finite element model of the upper-through truss T-shaped rigid frame bridge was established to analyze the demolition sequence of the structure and the force and deformation of the main bridge T-structure under the condition of unbalanced load removal.The results show that the deformation of the cantilever ends on both sides of the main bridge.T structure is small during the demolition process,the lateral stability is good,and the strength meets the requirements.The lateral demolition first removes the upper chord without vertical web member connection,which is most reasonable for the structure.Under the most unfavorable conditions of off-load,the component may appear local buckling,so it should be removed symmetrically,and the removal of off-load should not exceed one node.In order to ensure the safe removal of the bridge,the tensile stress and compressive stress warning values are 1.608 MPa,11.256 MPa,respectively.The warning values of displacement for the demolition of box girder and T structure of the main bridge are 113.336 mm,83.46 mm,respectively.
