摘 要:旋回破碎机运行工况复杂,影响破碎机破碎性能的因素众多,为实现旋回破碎机内矿石破碎过程的动态可视化观测和定量化表征,提出了一种基于离散元法与离散破碎模型的矿石颗粒破碎仿真方法,采用该方法对某矿山旋回破碎机矿石破碎过程展开数值模拟。通过建立与工业旋回破碎机结构一致的全尺寸物理模型,基于物理试验标定矿石颗粒力学特性参数,以旋回破碎机生产率作为主要评价指标,将仿真结果与现场生产情况进行对比,结果显示二者误差极小,验证了仿真模型的准确性和可靠性,为旋回破碎机运行优化研究提供了一种新方法。The operation condition of the rotary crusher is complex,and there are many factors affecting the crushing performance of the crusher.In order to realize the dynamic visual observation and quantitative characterization of the ore crushing process in the rotary crusher,a simulation method of ore particle crushing based on discrete element method and discrete crushing model was proposed to carry out numerical simulation of the ore crushing process of a mine rotary crusher.By establishing a full-size physical model consistent with the structure of the industrial rotary crusher,calibrating the ore particle mechanical characteristics parameters based on physical tests,taking the productivity of the rotary crusher as the main evaluation index,comparing the simulation results with the field production conditions,the results showed that the two errors were very small,verifying the accuracy and reliability of the simulation model.It provides a new method for the study of operation optimization of rotary crusher.
