摘 要:露天矿山智能网络视频三维动态监管与预警技术研究,是实现矿产资源储量利用实时化、精准化管理的关键,是矿政管理重要的基础性工作。将智能网络视频监控技术引入露天矿山矿产资源监管领域,提出了一种旋转双摄像头视频影像三维矿山建模方法。该方法采用共线方程与Brown模型,实现摄像头的高精度标定;通过相对定向、模型连接、概略绝对定向和自由网光束法平差,实现时序影像自动定向;最后通过SGM密集匹配与三维点云构网,实现矿山三维建模。应用结果表明:所提方法可满足矿山储量动态监测的精度要求,实现矿产资源实时监管,提高矿产资源监管效能,为构建矿产资源动态监管系统提供理论依据和技术支撑。The study on intelligent network video 3D dynamic supervision and early warning technology of open-pit mines is the key to realize real-time and accurate management of mineral resources and reserves utilization,and is an important basic work of mine administration and management.The intelligent network video monitoring technology is introduced into the field of mineral resources supervision in open-pit mines,and a rotating dual-camera video image 3D mine modeling method is proposed.The method uses collinear equation and Brown model to realize high precision camera calibration.By means of relative orientation,model connection,approximate absolute orientation and free net beam method adjustment,automatic orientation of time sequence image is realized.Finally,the mine three-dimensional modeling is realized through SGM dense matching and three-dimensional point cloud network.The application results show that the proposed method can meet the accuracy requirements of dynamic monitoring of mine reserves,realize real-time monitoring of mineral resources,improve the efficiency of mineral resources supervision,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of dynamic monitoring system of mineral resources.
