摘  要:在弱磁性难选高硫铁矿石的还原焙烧前进行预热氧化焙烧可以有效脱硫,为后续获得低硫铁精矿创造条件。为了更高效、低成本地解决脱硫问题,开展焙烧过程中硫的迁移、释放和固硫机理等研究至关重要。研究以硫含量2%的赤铁矿石样品为对象,开展氧化焙烧温度、气体流量对SO_(2)释放规律的影响试验,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了焙烧熟料的物相组成和SO_(2)的释放机理。研究表明,添加20%固硫剂CaO的固硫效率达77.10%;DFT理论计算出SO_(2)在CaO(100)表面的吸附能为-74.856 kcal/mol,电子转移量为0.284 e;态密度分析揭示了反应机理:S原子与CaO表面O原子之间发生了更大程度的电子转移,形成了较强的化学键。研究结果为实现脱硫从末端治理向过程控制的转变提供了基础理论。Preheating oxidation roasting of low magnetic refractory high-sulfur iron ore before reduction roasting can effectively desulphurize and obtaining low-sulfur iron ore concentrate.In order to solve the problem of desulfurization more efficiently and economically,it is very important to study the mechanism of sulfur migration,release and fixation during roasting process.The effects of roasting temperature and gas flow rate on the release of SO_(2)were investigated using hematite samples containing 2%sulfur.And the phase composition and SO_(2)release mechanism of calcined clinker were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).It was shown that the sulfur-fixation efficiency of CaO with the addition of 20%reached 77.10%;The adsorption energy of SO_(2)on the surface of CaO(100)to be-74.856 kcal/mol and an electron transfer of 0.284 e were calculated by DFT;Density of states analysis revealed the reaction mechanism:a greater degree of electron transfer between the sulfur atom and the oxygen atom on the CaO surface,and a strong chemical bond was formed.The results provide a basic theory for the transformation of desulphurization from end control to process control.
