摘 要:石墨固废因其导电率高、稳定性好等特性,在电热复合板中表现出较强的应用潜力,为石墨固废的综合利用和石墨开发利用工业的可持续发展提供了可能。基于此,以分层涂抹方式,用石墨固废基电热板材与储热材料、保温材料复合制备出一种新型电热复合板材,并通过测试球形石墨尾料不同掺量和不同温度、湿度下复合板的体积电阻率,以及通电电压大小和相互连接方式对其发热性能的影响,探究了复合板材的应用性能。结果表明,电热层中球形石墨尾料最佳掺量为9%,复合板渗流阈值在8%~9%;调节交流电压为36 V时复合板发热性能较好,发热速率较高,复合板表面温度升温较快;与串联方式相比,复合板间的并联具备更好的发热性能,表面发热速率为串联方式的2~3倍。在此条件下制得的复合板性能较稳定,几乎不受环境温度、湿度的影响,为石墨固废基多功能复合板的实际应用提供了新的理论依据。Graphite waste has high conductivity and good stability,which shows strong application potential in electric heat composite panels,providing a possibility for the comprehensive utilization of graphite waste and the sustainable development of the graphite development and utilization industry.Based on this,a new type of electric heat composite panel was prepared by layering and coating with graphite waste-based electric heat panel material and thermal storage material and thermal insulation material.The application performance of the composite panel was explored by testing the volume resistivity of the composite panel with different amounts of spherical graphite tailings at different temperatures and humidities,as well as the influence of the voltage and connection method on its heating performance.The results showed that the optimal amount of spherical graphite tailings in the electric heat layer is 9%,and the permeability threshold of the composite panel is 8%~9%.When the alternating voltage is adjusted to 36 V,the composite panel has better heating performance and higher heating rate,and the surface temperature of the composite panel rises faster.Compared with the series connection,the parallel connection of the composite panel has better heating performance,the surface heating rate is 2~3 times that of the series connection.Under these conditions,the composite panel has stable performance and is almost unaffected by the ambient temperature and humidity,providing new theoretical basis for the practical application of graphite waste-based multi-functional composite panels.
