摘 要:为协同利用多种固废制备矿渣微晶玻璃,基于铁离子的价态和配位是改变玻璃熔体粘度与结构的重要参数,以粉煤灰、不锈钢渣为基础原料,以铜渣为Fe_(2)O_(3)的主要来源,探究了铜渣用量对玻璃粘度及微晶玻璃析晶特性的影响。结果表明:①铜渣中的Fe离子对CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系矿渣玻璃熔体粘度有主导调控作用,玻璃熔体的粘度随着铜渣含量的增加而降低。铜渣的添加,不仅破坏了玻璃熔体的硅氧网络结构,而且降低了熔体的流动活化能。②铜渣添加量为5%与10%时,铜渣中的Fe离子具有晶核剂的作用,促进辉石析晶。随着铜渣添加量的进一步增加,过多的Fe离子会诱导磁铁矿结晶生长,并抑制辉石析晶。③协同利用不锈钢渣、粉煤灰和铜渣制备矿渣微晶玻璃,可促使固废中的Fe、Cr、Mg、O结晶形成尖晶石。尖晶石诱导辉石外延生长形成包裹结构,有效将重金属Cr离子固化在矿渣微晶玻璃中。In order to prepare slag glass-ceramics through the synergistic utilization of multiple solid wastes,considering that the valence state and coordination of iron ions are significant parameters for altering the viscosity and structure of the glass melt,a study was carried out using fly ash and stainless steel slag as the fundamental raw materials,with copper slag serving as the primary source of Fe_(2)O_(3).The impact of the quantity of copper slag on the glass viscosity and crystallization characteristics of glass-ceramics was explored.The results demonstrated that:①The Fe ions in copper slag exert a dominant regulatory influence on the viscosity of the CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)slag glass melt,and the viscosity of the glass melt declines with the increase in the content of copper slag.The addition of copper slag not only disrupts the silicon-oxygen network structure of the glass melt but also reduces the flow activation energy of the melt.②When the addition amount of copper slag is 5%and 10%,the Fe ions in copper slag possess the function of a nucleating agent and promote pyroxene crystallization.With the further increase in the addition amount of copper slag,an excessive amount of Fe ions will induce the crystallization growth of magnetite and inhibit pyroxene crystallization.③The synergistic utilization of stainless steel slag,fly ash and copper slag for the preparation of slag glass-ceramics prompts the crystallization of Fe,Cr,Mg and O in solid wastes to form spinels.Spinels induce the epitaxial growth of pyroxene to form an encapsulation structure,effectively immobilizing heavy metal Cr ions in the slag glassceramics.
