摘　　要：薛忆沩是一个被视为“最迷人的异类”的新移民作家,但他对东西方文化差异的经验性感受没有太多表述的热情,而是在“文学的祖国”里,在书写现实和勘探历史的过程中,执着地呈现现代人精神与灵魂中的动荡与荒凉,赋予了小说一种内敛和沉郁的审美质感,展现出浓郁的悲剧性色彩。因为作者并没有给出“悲剧会加强人们对价值的认识”这一预设,而是打开了悲剧人生“湿漉漉的林间小道”,从而在世界的沉重和生命的脆弱中,深味命运的无奈与苍凉。Viewed as one of‘the most fascinating others’among the new migrant writers,Xue Yiwei has little enthusiasm in expressing his experiential sensation of the cultural differences between the East and the West.Instead,in his‘motherland of literature’,and in the process of writing about the reality and exploring history,he persistently represents the turmoil and desolation of the spirit and soul of the modern man,bestowing his fiction with an aesthetic quality of being restrained and gloomy,exhibiting deep hues of tragedy because the author did not preset it with the fact that‘tragedy will enhance the recognition of values’but opened up‘the wet path through the forest’in a tragic life,providing a deep taste of the helpless and desolate fate in the heaviness of the world and vulnerability of life.
