摘  要:针对X80钢级22 mm管线钢钢板取开侧槽与不开侧槽的三点弯曲试样进行裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验测试,并按照ISO 12135:2021标准计算,分析两类试样的CTOD特征值结果差异,同时对主要试验参数力F、Vp对CTOD特征值的影响进行初步研究。结果表明,开侧槽的三点弯曲试样的CTOD特征值较小,而不开侧槽的三点弯曲试样的CTOD特征值较大,Vp对于CTOD特征值的影响远大于力F。这项结论可以为采用不同样式的三点弯曲试样进行的CTOD测试产生的不同实验结果提供一定的实验依据。The crack tip opening displacement(CTOD)test is conducted to the X80 linepipe steel plate with the-point ending straight notch compact tensile specimen,and the step notch compact tensile specimen.And then according to the calculation as per ISO 12135:2021,the difference between the CTOD characteristic values of the said two types of specimens are analyzed,and meanwhile the effects on the CTOD characteristic values by the main testing parameters,i.e.the forces F and Vp are preliminarily studied.The results reveal that:the CTOD characteristic values of the three-point bent specimen with side grooves are smaller,whereas the CTOD characteristic values of the three-point bent specimen without side grooves are larger.The influence of Force Vp on the CTOD characteristic value is so much greater than that of Force F.This conclusion provides a certain experimental basis for the different experimental results as generated by the CTOD testing with the three-point-bent specimens with different sample types.
