摘　　要：介绍了900 kN三线高速全自动冷拔管机的技术参数与设备组成,以及冷拔管拔制工艺流程和冷拔管机组的电气控制系统。分析认为900 kN三线高速全自动冷拔管机实现了Φ28~63.5 mm冷拔管生产过程散料、上料、穿芯、拔制、下料等的全自动运行;同时实现了碳素结构钢管及合金钢管多根同时高精度拔制成型,可承担高精度、高表面质量要求,高成材率、快节奏的冷拔管材生产制造。Described here in the article are the main aspects the of the 900 kN 3-line hi-speed full auto cold-drawing pipe mill,including the technical parameters and equipment configuration,the pipe cold-drawing process flow and the electrical control system of the mill line.It is regarded via relevant analysis that thanks to the said mill,the fully automation of the entire production process of the Φ28~63.5 mm cold-drawn pipe is realized,covering such operation steps as material distribution,charging,core piercing,drawing and discharging,etc.;and meanwhile it is also realized that multi pieces of the carbon structural steel pipe and the alloy steel pipe with high precision can be produced with drawing process,which leads to such a conclusion that the newly-developed mill is capable of manufacturing with high yield and quick operation cycle cold-drawn pipes with high precision and high surface quality.
