摘  要:针对钢管标志采用人工喷印的现状,设计了钢管管端标志自动喷印控制系统。该系统采用光幕传感器检测机器臂位置信号,通过对射传感器实现机器臂空间位置和钢管管端位置安全互锁。通过程序算法进行逻辑判断,实现钢管在输送辊道上运行时,按照工艺流程要求机器臂在辊道静止后在钢管管端位置自动喷印标志。该系统适应Φ406~1 620 mm钢管自动喷标作业。生产实践表明,该系统的上线运行使喷印效率提升29%,并改善了作业环境,实现了全自动无人值守作业。Aiming at the current situation of manual stenciling for steel pipe identification,an automatic stenciling control system for steel pipe-end marking is designed.The system uses a light curtain sensor to detect the position signal of the robot arm,and brings about the safe interlock between the space position of the robot arm and the position of the pipe end through the targeting sensor.According to the process flow,when the steel pipe is running on the conveying roller table,the robot algorism can automatically stencil the mark upon the pipe end after the roller table is stationary as per the logic judgement via.program algorism.The system is suitable for the automatic operation of mark-stenciling for steel pipes with a size range of Φ406~1620 mm.The actual production practice shows that thanks the on-line operation of the said system,the stenciling efficiency is enhanced by 29%,while the working environment is improved,and the fully automatic unmanned operation is realized.
