摘 要:针对从成千上万的结构产品中优化设计出满足要求的翅片管换热器的问题,需要快速精确的换热器仿真模型。本文开发了一种简化的三维分布参数模型,基于每排回路的控制单元划分方法,提出了基于回路比例和每排管长合并的简化描述方法,提出了未知流量下的换热-压降交替迭代的快速求解算法;建立了仿真选型设计平台。通过实验数据对模型验证表明:对于2~12排不同翅片结构换热器的换热与压降误差均在10%以内,单次仿真计算耗时小于0.05 s,多自由度选型耗时小于5 s,提高了计算和选型速度。Finned tube heat exchangers have the characteristics of large heat transfer surface area and high efficiency.Optimizing the design of a finned tube heat exchanger from thousands of structural products to meet requirements requires a fast and accurate heat exchanger simulation model.A simplified three-dimensional distribution parameter model is developed,based on the control unit division method of each row of loops,a simplified description method based on the combination of loop proportion and tube length of each row is proposed,and a rapid solution algorithm for alternate iterations of heat transfer-pressure drop under unknown flow rate is proposed.A simulation selection and design platform are established.The validation of the model by experimental data shows the errors of heat transfer and pressure drop for 2-12 rows of heat exchangers with different fin structures are all within 10%,and the single simulation calculation time is less than 0.05 s,and the multi-degree of freedom selection time is less than 5 s,which improves the calculation and selection speed.
