旋风分离器用于滚动转子式压缩机降含油率的设计与数值模拟研究

摘  要:为了降低滚动转子式压缩机排气含油率,将旋风分离器引入滚动转子式压缩机。本文研究设计了两种应用于滚动转子式压缩机降含油率的旋风分离器结构形式,采用数值模拟软件Star-CCM+对旋风分离器的油气分离性能进行模拟分析。研究表明:随着排气管径从16 mm减小到8 mm,旋风分离器的油气分离效率从89.69%增加到100.00%。随着进口宽度从6.4 mm减小到4.4 mm,油气分离效率从89.47%增加到100.00%。在初始旋风分离器模型基础上,当排气管径Dx≤14 mm或进口宽度b≤6.0 mm时,油气分离效率均在90%以上,可通过适当减小排气管径和进口宽度的方式进一步提升旋风分离器油气分离效率。In order to reduce the oil content of exhaust gas of the rolling rotor compressor,the cyclone separator is introduced into the rolling rotor compressor.Two structural types of cyclone separators for reducing the oil content of the rolling rotor compressor are designed.And then the numerical simulation software Star-CCM+is used to simulate and the oil-gas separation performance of cyclone separator is analyzed.The research shows that as the diameter of the exhaust pipe is decreased from 16 mm to 8 mm,the oil and gas separation efficiency of the cyclone separator is increased from 89.69%to 100.00%.As the inlet width is decreased from 6.4 mm to 4.4 mm,the oil and gas separation efficiency is increased from 89.47%to 100.00%.Based on the initial cyclone model,when the exhaust pipe diameter is less than or equal to 14 mm or the inlet width is less than or equal to 6.0 mm,the oil and gas separation efficiency is above 90%.And the oil-gas separation efficiency of the cyclone separator can be improved by appropriately reducing the exhaust pipe diameter and inlet width.
