四磨汤联合耳穴揿针对子宫颈癌根治术术后胃肠和免疫功能的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨四磨汤联合耳穴揿针对子宫颈癌根治术术后胃肠道及免疫系统功能恢复情况的疗效比较。方法回顾性分析2020年9月至2023年10月142例因宫颈癌行根治术患者的临床资料,按排除标准纳入70例为研究对象,按照术后不同治疗方法分为4组。实验组分别在术后给于四磨汤组、耳穴揿针组、四磨汤联合耳穴揿针组对症支持治疗,对照组未予特殊处理,比较各组间胃肠道功能以及免疫系统的恢复情况。结果在胃肠道功能恢复方面,与对照组相比,四磨汤组宫颈癌术后患者首次排气排便时间明显缩短(P<0.05),四磨汤联合耳穴揿针组术后第3天单核细胞数明显升高(P<0.05)。此外耳穴揿针组CD4/CD8比值明显高于对照组(P=0.04),其比值普遍高于1.4。结论四磨汤有助于促进宫颈癌患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,而耳穴揿针有助于提高术后免疫功能,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of Simo decoction combined with ringheaded thumb-tack needle on the recovery of gastrointestinal and immune system function after radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods Clinical data of 142 patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer from September 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Seventy 70 cases were included as study objects according to exclusion criteria and divided into 4 groups according to different postoperative treatment methods.The experimental group was given symptomatic supportive treatment with Simo decoction,ring-headed thumb-tack needle,Simo decoction combined with ring-headed thumb-tack needle(combined group),respectively,and the control group was not given special treatment.The recovery of gastrointestinal function and immune system among the groups was compared.Results In terms of restoration of gastrointestinal function,the time to first flatus and defecation was significantly shorter in Simo decoction group than in the control group(P<0.05).The number of monocytes was significantly higher in the combined group on the third postoperative day(P<0.05).In addition,the CD4/CD8 ratio was significantly higher in the ring-headed thumb-tack needle group than in the control group(P=0.04),and the ratio was generally higher than 1.4.Conclusions Simo decoction can reduce the recovery time of gastrointestinal function after operation,and ring-headed thumb-tack needle can improve the immune function after operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
