摘  要:目的比较RNA与DNA检测技术对常见男性泌尿生殖道性传播疾病病原体检测效能。方法收集因孕前检查来同仁医院门诊就诊的男性患者精液样本,采用DNA检测技术进行沙眼衣原体(CT)、淋病奈瑟菌(NG)和解脲脲原体(UU)检测,同时使用RNA检测技术对尿液样本中的3种病原体进行检测,分析RNA检测试剂盒的诊断灵敏度及特异度,比较检测效能。结果在510例尿液样本中,RNA检测试剂盒对3种病原体总体诊断灵敏度为84.48%,特异度为85.71%,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.851(95%CI:0.818~0.884)。对CT的诊断灵敏度为73.33%,特异度为97.56%,AUC为0.854(95%CI:0.738~0.971)。对UU+UP的诊断灵敏度为83.95%,特异度为88.79%,AUC为0.864(95%CI:0.831~0.897)。精液UU阳性的162例患者中,其尿液样本中43例为UU阳性,97例为UP阳性,总阳性率为(140/162)86.42%。结论RNA技术检测尿液样本性传播相关病原体的诊断效能与DNA检测技术相似。Objective To compare the efficacy of RNA and DNA detection techniques in detecting pathogens of common male urogenital sexually transmitted diseases.Methods Semen samples were collected from male patients who came to the outpatient department of Tongren Hospital for pre pregnancy examinations.DNA detection technology was used to detect Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG),and Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU).RNA detection technology was also used to detect the three pathogens in u-rine samples.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the RNA detection kit were analyzed,and the detec-tion efficiency was compared.Results Among 510 urine samples,the RNA detection kit had an overall diag-nostic sensitivity of 84.48%,specificity of 85.71%,and area under the curve(AUC)of 0.851(95%CI:0.818-0.884)for three pathogens.The diagnostic sensitivity for CT was 73.33%,specificity was 97.56%,and AUC was 0.854(95%CI:0.738-0.971).The diagnostic sensitivity for UU+UP was 83.95%,specifici-ty was 88.79%,and AUC was 0.864(95%CI:0.831-0.897).Among the 162 patients with UU positive se-men,43 cases were UU positive and 97 cases were UP positive in their urine samples,with a total positive rate of(140/162)86.42%.Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy of RNA technology for detecting sexually trans-mitted pathogens in urine samples is similar to that of DNA testing technology.
