摘  要:目的整理2023年1-6月份在南京市秦淮区妇幼保健所婚检、孕检中心的精液分析结果,分析精液检测情况,探讨如何提高精液分析水平为生殖医学、人口战略服务的方方面面。方法手淫采取精液、收集精液、做好记录、规范检测,发放精液分析报告。结果被检160例,年龄>30岁,精液量12例超出参考区间,PH均在正常范围内,2023年1-6月各月精子活动率、精子活力(a+b)、精子密度3项均为正常的百分率分别为:50.00%、50.00%、46.81%、83.33%、50.55%、70.37%。结论不断提高精液分析的条件和检测技术。分析不孕、不育与精液分析的关联,发挥精液分析的指导作用。精液分析对于促进人口战略、提高人口出生率乃至于为二孩、三孩准备具有较大的帮助。持续改进精液分析仪器。Objective To summarize the semen analysis results from January to June 2023 at the Premarital and Pregnancy Center of Maternal and Child Health Center in Qinhuai District,analyze the situation of semen testing,and explore how to improve the level of semen analysis for various aspects of reproductive medicine and population strategy services.Methods Collect semen by masturbation,keep records,conduct standardized testing,and issue semen analysis reports.Results 160 cases were tested,aged over 30 years old,with 12 cases of semen volume exceeding the reference range and pH within the normal range.The percentages of normal sperm activity rate,sperm motility(a+b),and sperm density from January to June 2023 were 50.00%,50.00%,46.81%,83.33%,50.55%,and 70.37%,respectively.Conclusion The conditions and detection techniques for semen analysis should be continuously improved to analyze infertility,the correlation between infertility and semen analysis,and to play a guiding role in semen analysis.Semen analysis is of great help in promoting population strategies,increasing birth rates,and even preparing for a second or third child.Continuous improvement should be made to semen analysis instruments.
